Radisson hotels: service campaign
Agency: KNOCK, inc.
Role: Graphic designer & producer
Radisson Hotels operates a complex brand ranging from luxury estates to budget-conscious properties. The primary business challenge was to create a unified visual thread that differentiated Radisson from competitors. In a commoditized market, Radisson’s strategic advantage is its "Service Culture." The objective was to produce a high-volume library of human-centric imagery that felt premium and consistent across all digital touchpoints, from social media to web banners, within an aggressive turnaround time.

The Strategy
The strategy focused on Visual Standardization and Efficiency. To represent "top-of-class" service, the imagery needed to move away from sterile stock photography toward an authentic, polished editorial style.
Visual Unity
Established a standardized color grading and retouching "look-and-feel" that bridged the gap between different property tiers, ensuring the "Service Staff" appeared as a cohesive, professional global team.
Scalability
Framed and retouched assets with responsive design in mind, ensuring visual integrity across diverse aspect ratios (from mobile social tiles to expansive web hero banners).
The IMPACT
By optimizing the visual representation of Radisson’s human capital, the project delivered immediate value to the global marketing engine:
Quick-To-Market
The 48-hour delivery of 30+ assets allowed for a 100% on-time launch of seasonal promotions, bypassing traditional bottlenecking in the creative pipeline.
Elevated Brand Perception
Successfully shifted the visual narrative from "Facilities" to "Experience," aligning with Radisson’s goal of being a leader in hospitality service.
Production Cost Efficiency
Maximized the utility of existing photography through expert retouching, reducing the immediate need for costly new location shoots while maintaining a "fresh" digital presence.
